What is CBD Crumble?

CBD Crumble

In recent years, CBD- or cannabidiol- has surged in popularity. It is a natural alternative for treating conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and more. Due to this increase in popularity, there have been many different products released to the market: oils, tinctures, gummies, topicals, and even something called “crumble”.

Even with all of these creative alternatives, sometimes users just want something simple but potent. A CBD concentrate is one of the purest and most potent forms of CBD that you can get. One type of concentrate is CBD crumble.

CBD crumble is a versatile concentrated form of CBD. CBD crumble gets its name from the fact that it “crumbles” when you handle it. This allows you to use it in a variety of ways.

In this article, we’ll explore more about what CBD crumble is, the benefits associated with it, and how to use it.

CBD Crumble Explained

As mentioned, CBD crumble is a potent, highly concentrated form of CBD. Its name comes from the “crumbly” consistency. CBR crumble ranges in color from tan to orange to yellow. One of the best parts about CBD crumble is the potency and purity. It is approximately 90% to 98% pure CBD.

CBD is a naturally occurring chemical in the hemp plant, which has been proven to provide a variety of benefits in relation to pain relief, appetite, sleep, mood, and a variety of other health conditions. It’s important to note that while CBD does come from the cannabis plant, it does not contain THC, so it will not get you high or intoxicated when you consume it.

Typically, CBD crumble is full-spectrum, but it can also be found in isolate or broad-spectrum form. The full-spectrum variety contains all compounds found in the plant, including THC, all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. Therefore, you get the most out of this form.

Full-spectrum CBD gives you what is known as the entourage effect. That is, the presence of all of the compounds supports each other better than if they were consumed alone.

Since CBD concentrate is purer and offers a stronger experience than typical CBD products, many people prefer them. CBD crumble is popular because it’s versatile and easy to handle.

Benefits of CBD Crumble

CBD crumble is an all-natural and highly potent form of CBD that offers the same benefits of CBD that we’ve grown to know and love. However, with the high potency levels, crumble provides relief quickly, eases discomfort, tension, nervousness, and so much more.

Since it is so concentrated, you only need a small amount to feel the effects. This is ideal for those who have been using CBD for some time and have built up a tolerance to it. CBD concentrates can calm your overactive mind, ease body tension, and make it easy to fall asleep. Some of the other benefits of CBD crumble include the following:

  • Improve mood
  • Improve sleep
  • Reduce stiffness/swelling of joints
  • Decrease worries
  • Relieve tension in the temples
  • Facilitate digestion

Of course, this is not an exhaustive list of the benefits. There are so many more- too many for us to list here!

How to Use CBD Crumble

There are several ways that you can use CBD crumble:

  • Dab
  • Vape
  • Add to flower

We’ll take a closer look at each one of these methods below:

Dab

This is the most common, preferred method for inhaling CBD crumble. It is a delicate process but it’s highly efficient when using CBD concentrates, once you get a feel for how it’s done.

  • To dab, you need a device known as a “dabbing ring” with a “banger” or “nail”. The nail is typically made of titanium or quartz and acts as a glass bowl from a pipe or bong. Since the heating process requires a torch, it needs to be able to withstand high temperatures.
  • Before heating, you’ll use a tool shaped like a spoon to get a small amount of crumble, usually about 1/8 the size of a pea. After all, as we’ve mentioned, CBD concentrates are potent, so you only need a fraction of the typical amount to receive the benefits.
  • Once you have measured out your crumble, you’ll use a torch to heat the nail until it glows. Once it glows, turn off the torch and place it somewhere safe so no one gets hurt and nothing is destroyed. Let nail cool for about 10 to 45 seconds.
  • Once the nail has cooled, place the crumble into your bowl and heat it with the nail. It will vaporize quickly, so make sure you are ready to inhale. As you inhale, do as much as possible without causing discomfort. Then, hold it in, exhale, and enjoy.

Vape

Another popular option is to use a concentrate vaporizer. Simply load the chamber, heat it up, and inhale. The best thing about the vaporizer is that it will do most of the work for you. All you have to do is push the button. Then, smoke will build up and you can inhale and enjoy the effects.

Add to Flower

The third popular way to use CBD crumble is to add it to your CBD flower in a bubbler, pipe, joint, or bong. When you are rolling your joint, simply sprinkle a few crumbs on top of the flower before rolling. If you prefer a bong, pipe, or bubbler, simply sprinkle a bit of the crumble on top of the flower before smoking it.

It is important to note that the addition of the crumble will result in a harsher puff- but the benefits will be realized immediately.

Conclusion

CBD crumble is a powerful, efficient way to receive all of the benefits of CBD. Since there are so many methods for consuming this version of CBD concentrate, you should be able to find one that works for you.
