If you’re anything like me, you’re both intrigued and skeptical about the foot pic business. It seems like everyone is selling foot pics online, with some people claiming to make a pretty hefty side hustle in this unconventional line of work. One of the best parts is, you can usually remain anonymous (depending on the platform).
So, to find out if this money-making opportunity was too good to be true, I took to the Internet and decided to try my luck at selling foot pics and videos on Feetify.
Keep reading to learn why I chose this particular platform, how well it worked for me, and my advice for up-and-coming sellers considering Feetify as their number one choice for foot content.
In a Nutshell
While Feetify was “OK”, I always sell feet pics on FunwithFeet. It’s where I make the most money as buyers seem pretty keen.
The platform is cheaper, more reliable and has better customer service than other platforms on the market.
Why Feetify?
With so many foot pic websites out there like FunwithFeet, FeetFinder and Instafeet, it was hard choosing which one was the right fit for me. The good news is, you don’t need to choose just one website, however, you don’t want to overextend yourself either.
Selling foot pics online requires a lot of work and dedication, which a lot of people don’t realize. Not only must you continuously upload high-quality pics and videos, but you need to engage with customers, respond to inquiries and notifications, and promote yourself.
Remaining active and engaged is especially important on Feetify if you want to take advantage of their daily cash rewards (more on this in a minute).
The main reason I chose Feetify was because a friend recommended it and the cash bonuses and rewards sounded particularly appealing. Especially since they’re given to active sellers, even if you don’t make a single sale!
As a newcomer to the foot pic industry, I didn’t know much about how it worked or what it took to land clients, so I figured Feetify would increase my chances of making money. However, there were definitely a few bumps in the road that might make you think twice before investing too much time on this particular foot pic website.
First Impressions
When I first visited the website’s homepage, I was slightly overwhelmed and confused. Two large pop-up banners at the bottom of the page took up most of the screen and made it a little difficult to navigate.
The top advertising banner is promoting Feetify’s daily cash rewards while the other one highlights the earnings of premium members to encourage sellers to upgrade their accounts. After you close these tabs, it’s a little easier to navigate the homepage.
The navigation tab at the top of the page has categories mostly geared toward buyers like Active Sellers, Featured Sellers, Sellers Paid, and LIVE FEEDS. You’ll also see a tab for Ca$h Rewards. I’ll go into more detail below about what each of these sections means and what information you can find there.
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and you’ll see more menu options like Member Sample Photos, FAQs, a contact page, and a support page. As you make your way to the bottom of the homepage, there are several opportunities to click to register as either a buyer or seller, view content, and connect.
Overall, the website is fairly easy to navigate, however, there are large blocks of capitalized text, random photos, and an abundance of links to click on – all encouraging you to sign up and join.
Navigating the Feetify Website
Before you even start the sign-up process, you can (and should) explore the website. I knew that if I was going to make money on Feetify, I needed to navigate the platform through the eyes of a buyer. With that being said, the first tab I clicked on at the top of the page was LIVE FEED. I was curious to learn if this meant Feetify hosted live webcam shows and if that’s something I was required to participate in.
LIVE FEED
I quickly learned this was not the case. The LIVE FEED page simply shows you the most recent activity of some of the most popular and active sellers. It notifies you of basic things like a model changing their profile picture or which members recently registered or upgraded to a premium account.
I’m not sure how helpful or relevant this information is, but perhaps buyers could benefit from knowing which accounts are premium and may be interested to see the updated profile pictures of their favorite models. This page basically keeps users updated on the most recent activity of popular models and newcomers.
Ca$h Rewards
Since this is one of the main reasons I wanted to sell foot pics on Feetify, I decided to click on the Ca$h Rewards tab next and learn more about how it works. In short, the website gives away daily cash rewards ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 every month to the most active sellers and those that upload the most high-quality pics and videos.
The rewards range in price from as low as $4 to over $100 depending on your experience, popularity, and activity status.
To qualify for these rewards you need to be a premium member (more on this in a minute). You can increase your chances of winning by recommending friends to Feetify, following all of the platform’s rules and regulations, consistently posting quality content, being active daily, and engaging politely and professionally with other members (buyers and sellers).
Active Sellers
The next tab seemed pretty self-explanatory. On the Active Sellers page, you’ll see the most recently active sellers. This is a benefit for both buyers and sellers. Buyers can see which models are online and engaging the most, while sellers can view their competition in terms of cash rewards and bonuses.
I often visited this page to see where I was ranking against other active models and what I needed to do to increase my chances of receiving daily rewards.
Featured Sellers
This is the page you want to find yourself on as a Feetify seller. Featured sellers gain extra exposure and recognition for a job well done. Of course, you need to be a premium member to qualify for this spotlight, but from what I’ve heard, it’s worth it. Premium models are added to the Featured Sellers page randomly and are the first profiles that show up on the page’s feed when buyers log in.
Sellers Paid
If you’re curious about how much sellers on Feetify make, this is the place to find out. When you click on Sellers Paid, you’ll see a list of premium models that have recently been paid for their foot content.
By clicking on the three gray dots near the end of this navigation bar, you can also see the sections and categories that are listed at the bottom of the page. These include FAQS, contact and support, and tips for how to search models.
Celebrities Feet Photos
One section I found especially interesting was Celebrities' Feet Photos. Here you can read a variety of articles about celebrities' feet, plus view their gorgeous and artistic photos. I often visited these pages for creative inspiration.
Why Feetify is Better
On this page, Feetify explains what makes it a better platform than its competitors. Most of the perks listed are regarding the website’s cash rewards for premium members, plus the fact that sellers keep 100% of their sales. This is a huge selling point for me, and one reason I now primarily use FunwithFeet.
You’ll also find information on this page about the safety measures Feetify takes to protect sellers and prevent scams, and sugar daddies.
Feetify prides itself on having a powerful system for manually identifying and banning scammers before they even gain access to models on the site. And while I never got scammed on Feetify, I did receive my fair share of spam messages from fake buyers and bots, but this is a reality of most foot pic websites.
Signing Up on Feetify
Ok, so before we dive into the pros and cons of this platform and why it didn’t turn out to be the experience I’d hoped for, let’s cover the basics – the sign-up process. One thing to keep in mind before getting started (and something that I personally found a little strange) is that Feetify only accepts cryptocurrency for membership fees.
All sellers must pay a $49 annual subscription fee but this must be paid in crypto, Bitcoin, or another form of digital currency. As someone who knows nothing about cryptocurrency, I actually had to do a ton of research and a little investing before being able to subscribe.
If you’re uncomfortable with this, I’d move on now! If you have access to Bitcoin or another type of crypto, you can proceed with the sign-up process.
Creating an account is free and easy. You need to enter your email address, password, name, and username plus your birthday and gender.
As you scroll further down the sign-up page, you’ll also be asked for your foot size, what country you live in, and whether you’re looking to buy or sell feet pics. You must also confirm that you’re 18 years of age or older.
Once you select Create Account, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify that you are who you say you are.
Once you do, you’ll be directed to Feetify’s log-in page.
Feetify requires all sellers to upload a profile picture before gaining access to their seller dashboard. This is the point where you must decide if you want to remain anonymous or show your face. I opted for a generic foot pic to start but later updated it to a long-distance photo of my feet covering my face, but showing my hair and upper legs. I think the best profile pics on Feetify are different, sexy, and creative.
Your Feetify seller dashboard looks like this. To the left, you can navigate different menus and pages including your account details, profile, notifications, timeline, messages, photo collection, and connections. All of these features are pretty basic and enough to find your way around the site.
I quickly learned that if you want to elevate your foot pic sales and earn cash rewards on Feetify, you need to upgrade to a premium account. There’s really no way around it. You can try to sell without it, but the earning potential and money-making opportunities just aren’t the same.
This is where the $49 in cryptocurrency I mentioned earlier comes into play. Up until this point, all of Feetify’s features are free to use. But if you want to gain exposure, increase your sales, and win some extra cash just for being an active member, you need the premium membership. You can make this payment using Coinbase, Bitcoin, or another form of digital currency. The platform also works with CashApp for customer sales
Once you’re ready to upgrade, click Go Premium. This will direct you to a list of the perks and benefits premium members receive including more opportunities to connect with and chat with customers, the ability to sell to buyers directly, become eligible for cash rewards and daily contests, and the ability to upload an unlimited number of photos and videos.
Sadly, upgrading to premium on Feetify didn’t really change anything for me. I didn’t win any daily contests, earn cash rewards, or see an increase in my sales.
The competition on this site is pretty fierce and it almost seems as if the same models always come out on top. This could be just my perception, but I found it difficult to make any progress as a new seller and definitely felt lost in the crowd, no matter how active or engaged I was.
Making Money on Feetify
The most common question people ask me is, “How much money did you make selling foot content on Feetify?”, and although I never sat down and calculated it, let’s talk averages, overhead, and earning potential.
You already know that upgrading to the premium account is pretty much a necessity and will cost you $49 in crypto for the year. This isn’t bad compared to other sites that charge this same amount for a six-month membership, however the fact that Feetify strictly deals in digital currency isolates a lot of potential buyers and sellers. Outside of this membership fee, you get to keep 100% of your revenue.
I learned that succeeding on Feetify requires you to price your foot content competitively but reasonably. That means, as a beginner, listing images for between $5 and $10 and offering free content as well. If you’re able to grow a loyal fan base and gain some popularity on the platform, you can start charging more.
In my first month, I only sold about 8 photos and made around $75. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a penny of this money for weeks because Feetify won’t release your funds until at least one client leaves a positive review.
While this may sound easy enough, it proved to be quite difficult for me. Some buyers are one and done. They like your content, pay for it, download it, and you never hear from them again.
Even after reaching out and asking them to leave me a positive review, I received no response. Luckily, one buyer who purchased from me on two separate occasions was kind enough to leave me a review so I could access my money. To say this was inconvenient is an understatement and it felt like a lot of hoop jumping.
My Experience with Feetify’s Customer Service
I didn’t know you had to wait for a positive review before getting paid, so I attempted to contact Feetify on two separate occasions. When you click on either the Contact Feetify tab or Support, you’ll be directed to the same basic page that shows the company’s email address.
After sending my first email, I got a generic response explaining the payment process. It was all the information I already knew, so I was frustrated, to say the least. I sent a second, follow-up email to try and get more concrete answers and finally received a response 3 days later. From what I could tell, it was written by a real member of Feetify’s support team who was genuinely interested in helping me resolve my issue.
I took the steps they suggested, obtained a positive customer review, and finally received my money. The entire process took over 3 weeks and wasn’t even worth the measly $75 deposit. It quickly became clear that Feetify was more trouble than it was worth.
The Pros and Cons of Feetify from My POV
Not everyone’s experience on Feetify will be the same. I know a few people that won cash rewards and had a steady stream of buyers for a short period of time. While this wasn’t my experience, it could be yours. Here are some of the biggest pros and cons that I considered before deciding to suspend my account on Feetify and take my business elsewhere.
Pros
- The potential to earn cash awards simply for posting and being active on the site
- A welcoming community of like-minded individuals
- Sellers keep 100% of their earnings
Cons
- Funds are held until you receive your first positive review
- The site only accepts cryptocurrency as payment for premium members
- Receiving cash bonuses for being active on the site is pure luck (in my opinion)
- Unresponsive customer support
My Final Feetify Review
In summary, Feetify just wasn’t the right foot pic platform for my needs, budget, or personality. I couldn’t help but feel like the models who received cash rewards and bonuses every month were chosen at random and that selections had little to do with real talent or activity.
Purchasing the premium membership using digital currency made me slightly uncomfortable and it took forever to get paid.
Overall, I didn’t have a great experience on Feetify and regretted wasting my time and effort on this particular platform, however, I know some models that do well with the daily contests and land a decent amount of sales each month.
Choosing the best foot pic website really comes down to personal preference, so don’t be afraid to try a few sites until you find the one that best fits your personality, budget, and needs.
