It's not looking likely that Florida online sports betting will become legal during this year's session. While wagering remains illegal, FL residents can still use gray area offshore sportsbooks.

Texas Sports Betting might become legal during the 2023 legislative session. Meanwhile Texans we wait for regulation there are multiple safe offshore sportsbooks to choose from.
