Bradley Joseph Sinkaus Promoted to Director, Jonathan Weinberg Joins as Associate 

WASHINGTON, D.C. -August 27th, 2025 — 10:00 AM Eastern Time –Today, Raynor Ave. announced a new hire and a promotion as the firm expands its public affairs bench and marks its fifth anniversary. Founded in 2020, the firm has served dozens of clients on issues spanning 5G spectrum, broadband access, antitrust, and defense innovation. The promotion of Bradley Joseph Sinkaus to Director and the hiring of Jonathan Weinberg as Associate reflect the firm’s investment in a wide range of expertise to communicate complex public policy where it counts and deliver results for our clients in D.C. and beyond.

About Bradley Joseph Sinkaus

With experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Bradley’s portfolio spans infrastructure, energy, education, and transportation. He served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources as part of his graduate practicum, contributing to the 2016 passage of a bipartisan energy bill, and spent five years at the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), where he project-managed the Democracy Awards, developed congressional training programs, and co-authored several publications on constituent communications. He’s also held roles at SteegeThomson Communications and Nexight Group. “I’m honored to be promoted to Director,” Bradley said. “Over the past year at Raynor Ave., I’ve learned the value of clear, strategic storytelling, fierce teamwork, and relentless client focus, all lessons I’ll carry into this next chapter.”

About Jonathan Weinberg

Jonathan spent over eight years as a political operative and campaign professional, spearheading successful issue-based and electoral campaigns that earned statewide and national recognition. He also served a three-year term on the Concord School Board (NH), where he chaired the City and Community Relations Committee. During his tenure, he championed greater community engagement, testified before the state legislature on numerous occasions, and promoted youth civic involvement as the board’s youngest member. He most recently worked in the budget office at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. “I am excited to join Raynor Ave. and leverage my expertise to build effective public affairs campaigns for our clients,” Jonathan said.  “I feel fortunate to be a part of such a dynamic team and start this new journey. Let’s get to work.”
