51 Games, the Web3 game development studio behind Chainers, has officially launched the $CHU token sale, an early-access offering intended to provide community members and ecosystem participants with entry to the premium token layer of the Chainers universe.
The sale, which began on December 8, 2025, introduces a limited allocation round with discounted pricing and added incentives, including eligibility for the upcoming $10 million CHU airdrop and potential future benefits available exclusively to early participants.
Key Features of the $CHU Sale
According to the project’s official details, the early-access sale offers:
- Token pricing at a discount of up to 50% compared to the anticipated public sale;
- Eligibility for the $10,000,000 CHU Airdrop for qualified participants;
- Priority access to $CHU-based features and allocation;
- Sale access hosted exclusively on GemsVIP, a platform selected for its anti-bot and anti-exploit infrastructure.
The Token Generation Event (TGE) is scheduled for Q3 2026. 51 Games states that this timeframe allows for ecosystem scaling, infrastructure expansion, and the finalization of strategic partnerships before open market trading.
$CHU Utility and Integration
$CHU will function as the premium token within Chainers, unlocking access to:
- Exclusive in-game content, seasonal features, and events;
- Limited-edition NFT skins and in-game items;
- Special missions and closed-access gameplay zones;
- Future staking and reward mechanisms.
51 Games has outlined that certain in-game advantages and features will be exclusively accessible through $CHU, while the broader game economy will continue to be supported by $CFB, Chainers’ flexible utility token.
Dual-Token Economy and Tokenomics Framework
The Chainers platform operates on a dual-token model designed for long-term sustainability:
- $CFB remains the main utility token for regular gameplay.
- $CHU serves as the premium, finite asset used for exclusive content and ecosystem-level functions.
Tokenomics include structured vesting schedules across different sale phases. Highlights include:
- Private Sale: 0% at TGE, 6-month cliff, 18-month linear vesting;
- Community Sale: 20% at TGE, 12-month linear vesting;
- Public Sale: 40% at TGE (1-month cliff), 6-month linear vesting;
- Team allocations: 12-month cliff, followed by 36-month linear vesting.
Annual token emissions are capped at 3%, with any new issuance tied strictly to growth incentives, governance approval, staking rewards, or treasury reallocations.
Revenue-Linked Token Support
Revenue from premium content, subscription services, and event-based activities may be used by the treasury to support the token economy through buybacks, burns, or redistribution of $CHU. This mechanism is aimed at helping maintain long-term supply control.
